CineRPG CIC is a non-profit education initiative offering inclusive career development opportunities in the UK screen industry (Film, TV, Games).

The profit generated from our offerings supports the delivery of community actions with the ambition to reduce social isolation via the access to film and game experiences in Bristol and the wider region.

CineRPG CIC is proud to announce its new collaboration with All Set West as lead industry training facilitator.

Cara Bamford and Matt Gras have teamed up to co-create and facilitate the brand-new inclusive training programme that is now underway at The Bottle Yard Studios, as part of the All Set West initiative.

The five week course is designed to welcome new and emerging professionals into the film and high-end television industry - whether they are stepping into the sector with no prior experience, fresh out of education or transitioning careers.

'CineRPG’s work is grounded in giving communities not just screen skills, but a sense of belonging - which chimes perfectly with our ethos at All Set West.' - All Set West Team.

Other education clients include Bath Film Festival, BFI Film Academy, and Edinburgh Napier University.

CineRPG LAB explores the intersections of films, games, and community benefits witht the aim to support cultural enrichment, social engagement, and creative skills development opportunities.

In 2025, CineRPG CIC was selected for the CoSTAR IDEATE Programme to develop a new media intellectual property: a live-streamed tabletop role-playing format integrating audience interactions, and opportunities for community contribution.

In 2026, CineRPG CIC was offered residency at PERVASIVE MEDIA STUDIO (Watershed) to continue the development of this R&D project, and to further collaborate with local artists, creatives, technologists, performers, status-quo shakers, and social entrepreneurs.
